Busy and hectic place, which is a good sign. I was there the day after the icestorm. I tried to call beforehand to verify that the restaurant was opened. The telephone went unanswered despite several attemptsThere is a wide choice of dishes mostly from North VN. The food is decent. I have had better Pho elsewhere. The service was a bit sloppy, but let's be kind and undertanding. The restaurant was full on that day and the waiter was particularly overwhelmed.
